Forge Workout Tracker ("Forge", "we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

When you use Forge, we collect the following information:

• Account information — your email address when you create an account.
• Workout data — exercises, weights, reps, sets, and session notes you log.
• Cardio data — exercise type, duration, distance, incline, and estimated calories.
• Body metrics — body weight and waist measurements you optionally record.
• Calorie logs — calories consumed or burned you manually enter.

Apple Health / HealthKit

Forge can optionally read from and write to Apple Health. We use HealthKit only to:

• Write completed workout sessions (type, duration, and calorie data) to your Health app.

HealthKit data is never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never stored on our servers. All HealthKit access is optional and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide the Forge service:

• Display your workout history, charts, and progress statistics.
• Generate progressive overload suggestions based on your history.
• Send one-time login codes to your email address.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Railway (railway.app). Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Guest Accounts

You may use Forge without an account as a guest. Guest data is stored locally and on our servers under an anonymous identifier. When you create an account, your guest data is migrated to your account.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@tryforgefitness.app. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Forge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
